Siren intermedia
Status Unknown-very secretive species Notes An eel-like amphibian that approaches 2 feet in length.  Easy to identify because it has external gills and front legs but no rear legs unlike other salamanders in the same geographic range.  Can be seen in the water at night hiding among vegetation.
